Cacaosuyo was founded in 2012 by two Peruvian entrepreneurs: Eduardo Lanfranco and Samir Giha. Cacaosuyo is a “tree to bar” maker, crafting their chocolate in Lima, Peru using only Peruvian cocoa. Careful attention is paid to the cocoa being used at all stages, from harvest through fermentation and on to processing, to make the best possible chocolate.
