This 65% bar is pure love that comes from a beautiful cocoa variety with nuances of cherry, raisins and prunes. Light roasting brings out the taste naturally present in the Criollo cocoa.
The cocoa beans in this chocolate bar come from CooAgroNevada, a women’s cooperative from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta nature reserve The beans are brought from Colombia to Amsterdam by wind on the sailing ship the Tres Hombres.
The bar weighs about 85 grams and is packed in greaseproof paper printed with bio ink.
