Description
This bar reveals a hidden treasure and one of nature’s rarest: the wild grown Boliviano (aka Beniano) cacao. A genetically pure cacao varietal – that few have heard of – it grows wild in only the Beni region’s remote Amazon forests and it’s harvested by the indigenous Cambas people. These certified heirloom beans are unusually small, but packed with intense flavours. It’s completely unique, free of any astringency or bitterness, featuring espresso notes intertwined with a vegetal base, and a floral apricot and honey aroma.
