Sweden is one of the countries in the world that consumes most coffee per capita. Being at the forefront of the emerging specialty coffee scene, it was natural for Swedish craft chocolate maker Standout, to combine the best of two worlds; Creating an overall floral and fruity bar using cacao from Öko Caribe in Dominican Republic.
The coffee used is a washed Gesha from Hugo Mariño in the Cusco region in Peru. Roasted in Sweden by Johan & Nyström.
