The Kilombero Valley in Tanzania offers premium cocoa produced in a rich and varied ecosystem.
In the fight against deforestation and water pollution, farmers delivering certified organic cocoa to Kokoa Kamili have introduced a sustainable and ecological production system. The Kokoa Kamili cooperative works with around 2,000 smallholders who own between 0.5 and 2 hectares of land and trains them on good agricultural practices in order to improve the quality of the cocoa they grow.
Prepared exclusively from organic cocoa beans from Tanzania, this 70% cocoa dark chocolate subtly combines floral and red fruit flavors with a gourmet chocolate-hazelnut finish.
This bar received the Award for Originality at the Salon du Chocolat 2021 in Paris by the renowned Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat. It was also awarded Bean-To-Bar Europe silver medal, at the International Chocolate Awards 2021-2022.
