Miroshnik Chocolate is a Peruvian chocolate maker rooted in the Ayacucho region.  Alex Gamarra and Dayanna Huamán from Miroshnik cultivate various cacao varieties, including Nativos, Chuncho, and Vrae99 on their family farm. These carefully selected beans are transformed into chocolates with diverse cacao percentages and flavor profiles.

The company emphasizes environmental responsibility by avoiding contaminants throughout their production processes and adhering to good agricultural practices that exclude pesticides and chemicals. Socially, Miroshnik collaborates with local cacao and coffee farmers, sharing post-harvest processing knowledge to enhance product quality and promote sustainable cultivation.

In addition to their chocolate production, Miroshnik operates a specialty café in Ayacucho, offering products sourced from the VRAEM (Valley of the Apurímac, Ene, and Mantaro Rivers) region.

Miroshnik’s dedication to quality has been recognized with awards in national and international competitions, reflecting their commitment to excellence in chocolate making.
