Fu Wan

Fu Wan Chocolate is a tree and bean to bar chocolate maker from Taiwan. They make chocolate from natively grown Taiwanese cocoa and from other fine cocoa beans sourced from around the world.  With the cocoa industry in Taiwan being relatively young, most of the cocoa is exported.  This makes Fu Wan one of the very few makers handcrafting bean to bar chocolate with local cocoa.
