Description
Located near the equator in the Gulf of Guinea, off the western coast of Central Africa, the island of São Tomé, often referred to as the chocolate island, boasts a unique, natural ecosystem and is renowned for producing some of the finest cocoa in the world.
This is Chocolarder’s first bar made with beans from this island, they note that “The flavours are incredible.
Tropical fruits, when coming up with a summary we kept landing on fruit salad which is not often what you would say about a chocolate bar.”

Chocolarder
Chocolarder was started by pastry chef Mike Longman in 2012.
Longing for fresh ingredients to use in the kitchen, his obsession with making bean to bar chocolate began. It didn’t take long before Mike was making chocolate full time. Now the chocolate, made in Falmouth in Cornwall, is sold all over the world and used by Michelin star chefs.
