Green Door Chocolate is a small independent chocolate maker based in Bath, Somerset. Owned and run by Nick and Steph, they make small batch, single origin, bean to bar chocolate from their tiny workshop behind a green door! They believe chocolate should be crafted for flavour through an honest and ethical supply chain and are on a journey to contribute their own piece to the changing landscape of how people enjoy chocolate; which includes greater transparency and traceability on how chocolate is made and how cacao is sourced. Being big food enthusiasts and with a background in food science, nutrition and food product development, it has long since been their goal to start their own small food business, built on using high quality ingredients with lots of opportunity to experiment with flavour, no room for shortcuts and plenty of science; all of which they continue to discover in abundance through craft chocolate.
Green Door Chocolate pride themselves on ethical production and transparent sourcing, environmental sustainability and supporting other independent makers in their community both near and far. Nick and Steph love to connect with as many new people as possible through their chocolate and champion bean to bar chocolate making at every opportunity.
