For this national treasure Heinde & Verre selected the highest ASSPS quality cacao grade of Ecuador. This means, at the plantation the farmers make a special unblemished selection of perfect fermented beans. By grinding and aerating the cacao for 85 hours, the bean reveals it mellow and chocolatey character.
