Piura is located in the north of Peru and it is the origin of a type of native cocoa that is unique for its white seeds. Its flavors and aromas are very special, which sets it apart from all other varieties of cocoa in the world.

White cocoa is undoubtedly the jewel in the crown: the cocoa of Piura is considered the best cocoa in the world and represents only 0.25% of world production.
