Description
Between the Serengeti plain and Mount Kilimanjaro, the wild valley of Kilombero has optimal climatic conditions for cocoa. The cocoa trees have exceptional genetic characteristics, from the Trinitario and Neo-Nacional varieties. We have worked this bean in such a way as to bring out the tangy flavors of red fruits (cherry, strawberry).
Off the beaten track, this “dark milky” chocolate is unclassifiable: halfway between a dark chocolate and a milk chocolate. A touch of cashew nut cream brings creaminess and sweetness to this exceptional bean while enhancing the aromas of this dark chocolate, in a 100% plant-based version.
