Chocolatemakers Sinterklaas milk 40% Saint Nicholas spices
Organic Fairtrade Milk chocolate with Saint Nicholas spices (cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg) made with Trinitario cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic. The beans are brought to the Netherlands by the sailing ship the Tres Hombres, where Chocolatemakers create their delicious chocolate.
Svenska Kakaobolaget Dominican Republic 70%
A dark chocolate with a fine-tuned balance between notes of honey, red berries and nuts. The beans in this chocolate come from the producer Öko Caribe in the cocoa-rich Duarte area in the Dominican Republic. Öko Caribe collaborates with 180 farmers and helps them with training to create sustainable cocoa production.
Crafted in to chocolate in Österlen. Svenska Kakaobolaget select cocoa with great care for both taste and the environment, paying significantly more than the fair trade price for cocoa which is always sustainably grown.

Made from cacao beans originating from plantations wedged between the two main branches of the Tien Giang River in the Mekong River Delta. Luscious, fruity and fragrant. The traditional, distinctive flavour known as Arriba, particularly sought after by makers of fine, high-quality chocolate, is a special characteristic of the Cacao Nacional variety of beans, native to Ecuador. Expect complex flavours with floral and aromatic notes with this 60% cacao bar crafted in Cornwall.
