“Cacao from Alfonso’s plantation in El Castillo in the Southern part of Nicaragua. It is an absolute fantastic, old plantation with a lot of life and almost a dreamy atmosphere. The cacao beans are cultivated by Alfonso, a very handsome man who is an expert within this field. It gives us this one field blend which is creamy, intense and ethereal. So we had to name this chocolate after Alfonso. It is an extremely popular chocolate within our assortment – we’re not sure if it’s because of the cool name or because the chocolate is simply just amazing.”
