Meybol Antuanet Estendorfer-Moran, founder of Meybol cacao originally comes from Peru but has been living in Germany for many years. She loves her homeland, cocoa and chocolate and has always dreamed of bringing these elements together. This is how the business idea for Meybol Cacao was born. This tree-to-bar chocolate is made in Lima from directly traded fine Chuncho cocoa from the Cusco region in Peru. The aroma of Chuncho is very fruity; expect raisins and hazelnut.
Heinde & Verre Bold Brazil Dark 71%
This Brazilian cacao delivers a wide range of flavours. Heinde & Verre roast batches of these cacao beans in thee different ways and then blend them again during grinding and coaching stage. This adds to the complexity and every bite delivers new flavours: fruit, syrup, herbs, chocolate, orange peel, liquorice, earthiness and tobacco. Each Heinde & Verre box contains 2 bars, individually sealed in pouches; one bar for now, one for later.

Hummingbird Tumaco 70%
Something wonderful is happening in the tropical rainforests of Tumaco, southern Colombia. There, a group of savvy, young farmers are using native cacao as a weapon to fight against a cycle of poverty and drug violence. Partnering with the local university, they’re revitalizing and spreading native varieties of cacao, turning it into a totally sublime, sustainable crop that provides a future for their families. Hummingbird Chocolate craft these beans in to chocolate in Ontario, Canada for a flavourful adventure; Plum, whisky and wildflower honey.
