“We paired Togo Kekeli chocolate with the lavender that grows next to our chocolate factory. We harvest that lavender late in the Summer in the month of August. We wait for it to dry and then rest the lavender in the Togo chocolate. After a time, we then sieve off the lavender to make a soothing aromatic bar. Lúnasa is Irish for the month of August and also marks the beginning of harvest season. We hope you enjoy it”
