Storm & Bille Guatemala 70%
Sweet and Fruity, with hints of mango, the cocoa for this bar comes from a farm in the Alta Verapaz region. The farm was abandoned by its former owner during the terrible civil war in the 1980s, to be handed over in 1985 to the 65 families who previously worked on the farm. Slowly but surely, the families have switched production from coffee to cocoa and now around 125 families make a living on these farms, which now consist of 90% cocoa. Crafted in to chocolate in Gothenburg, Sweden
