Description
The Gran Nativo Blanco, is an endemic variety of the province of Morropón, and is the only one to acclimatize to its dry climate, with only one rainy season per year. Long forgotten, this variety was reintroduced in 2008 by enthusiasts.
This extremely rare bean is one of the most complex and most awarded in Peru. Barre Clandestine worked it to bring out a complex aromatic structure with floral, woody and spicy notes, with a hint of passion fruit on the finish.
