Fine chocolate made from floral “Nacional” beans from the Camino Verde project. As the Ecuador beans are soft and gentle Duffy can push the strength up to 83%. The careful roasting and the long conching process drive off bitterness and leave a strong chocolate; delicious with a coffee or a brandy.
