Description

This 70% dark chocolate bar from PARADAi is made from cocoa from the Thai province of Chanthaburi and is characterized above all by its fruity notes.

Chanthaburi Dark 70% was voted ‘Best in competition’ overall winner at the International Chocolate Awards 2022 World Final.

The cocoa comes from two to three cocoa farmers with selected cocoa varieties from the province of Chanthaburi, which is known for cocoa cultivation and has developed into a centre for high-quality cocoa in Thailand. It is located in the east of Thailand and has made a name for itself as a “garden province” due to its numerous mangrove forests and fruit plantations. The delicious aromatic profiles of various tasty Trinitario hybrids are optimised at Paradai with the right post-harvest processes to express their full potential.
