A soft creamy 50% chocolate made with beans from the Barlovento region of Venezuela, oat mylk and flower pollen from meadow-dwelling Ukrainian bees. The notes of fruity flower and honey create an unusual but very delicious taste.

Olena and Oleksandra are sisters from Lutsk, in western Ukraine.

A year ago they launched a family-run bean-to-bar chocolate business. They rented premises, made repairs, bought equipment, and studied the production process.

For them, their business is about a love of chocolate, about creativity, quality, environmental friendliness, and the ability to create and share positivity. They like simple honest products that don’t need to be decorated with unnecessary ingredients or packaging.
