The protected, unique, oft-copied and never-bested Somerset Pomona is a blend of apple juice and cider brandy, which is then aged in cask. The result is a complex, nutty, toffee-laden delight. Solkiki’s decadent 60% salted caramel Maranon dark milk proves an excellent canvas to showcase the profile of authentic Somerset Pomona.

The farm Solkiki source from in Somerset sits among 180 acres of cider apple orchards at the base of Burrow Hill. The farm has been pressing cider for over 200 years. In 1989 the family were granted the UK’s first ever full cider-distilling license. They have been distilling award winning cider into Somerset Cider Brandy ever since.
