Description
“The Davao region on the island of Mindanao is known as the cocoa capital of the Philippines. Here, amidst tropical rains and typhoons, cocoa has been grown for more than 300 years, the longest in all of Asia.
The Filipino beans, sourced from the village of Paquibat, where the cocoa trees are protected from the elements by forest and coconut palms, won an award in 2019 as one of the world’s top 20 cocoas, the first time the Philippines has been recognized for its quality.
The chocolate we produce has a dried fruit flavor and an irresistible creamy texture.”
International Chocolate Awards European Silver winner in 2023.
