Description

Dick Taylor handcraft their single origin 75% Brazil dark chocolate with incredible cacao sourced directly from Cacao Bahia in Brazil. The fazenda has been continuously owned by the Carvalho family since 1942 and was one of many cacao farms that the family originally owned and operated. They have grown little by little to become the largest organic producer of cacao in the region. Dick Taylor are proud to work with their family farm and the deliciously earthy, nutty cocoa they produce.

They use traditional techniques, classic machinery and produce an authentic taste. This is the goal of the micro factory located in Eureka, California.
