Starting with the highest quality Brazilian cacao, and the best old-fashioned A2/A2 whole milk from Alexandre Family Farm, Dick Taylor have created a deliciously creamy 55% milk chocolate. It is highlighted by a very special addition of Madagascan Vanilla Beans.
By working with one of the only US dairies producing grass-fed, A2/A2 milk, Dick Taylor are able to craft a chocolate that is truly the first of its kind. A2/A2 milk does not cause the same discomfort or allergies that other milk does and can often be tolerated by those with lactose intolerance.
Among the pioneers of craft bean-to-bar chocolate in the USA, former Boat Makers Adam Dick and Dustin Taylor founded Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate in 2010. They use traditional techniques, classic machinery and produce an authentic taste. This is the goal of the micro factory located in Eureka, California.
Bean-to-bar chocolate is made by the chocolate maker starting with cocoa beans and controlling the process from roasting and grinding through to the finished chocolate.
