Victoria Weffer, a passionate chocolatier, began her journey in 2020, inspired by a deep connection to the cacao fruit. What started as a personal exploration into the intricate world of cacao quickly evolved into a mission to bring the finest Peruvian cacao to the world. By 2022, her chocolate brand was launched, offering a collection that highlights the rich, complex flavours of single-origin cacao sourced from Peru's diverse regions.
Central to the brand's mission is a commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and the empowerment of local cacao producers. The goal is to provide a truly unique experience for chocolate lovers of all kinds, from casual enjoyers to seasoned connoisseurs.
Bean-to-bar chocolate is made by the chocolate maker starting with cocoa beans and controlling the process from roasting and grinding through to the finished chocolate.
