Soconusco in southern Mexco is the cradle of criollo cacao, once consumed by the Aztec kins and priests. These famous cacao trees rise in the shade of The Ceilbas. Sourced from smallholder farmers, this sundried cacao from Chiapas State is very special to our own family heritage.
