Description
This chocolate from Chocolates SERO is made from fine-flavored cocoa from the Finca Kampura in the Izabal province of Guatemala โ one of the country’s most renowned cocoa sources.
The private Finca Kampura in Izabal, founded in 2011, is located on former agricultural pastureland. The site has been gradually converted into a diverse agroforestry system, with over 500,000 trees being planted โ including endangered tropical species that now provide shade for the fine-flavored cacao growing there. The trees are cultivated under mahogany, rosewood, and madre de cacao โ entirely in harmony with nature.
For its exceptional quality, this chocolate was awarded the Silver Medal by AVPA Paris 2021.
