Added Tahitian Vanilla really brings new depth to the experience. Compare with Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla to see what we mean. It’s an exotic, intricate, almost floral vanilla. Absolutely nothing plain about this!
The cocoa butter is an awardwinning product in its own right with its creamy and pineappley profile, it earned itself the World Gold medal with the International Chocolate Awards in 2020-2021. We have been using this butter since 2019. We felt it was so amazing, we saw that one coming. Also, we sourced excellent organic, cashew nuts from a great little team and freshly roasted it at Solkiki’s own roastery until we get exactly the right profile to pair with the delightful cocoa butter. As always, we use organic, unrefined cane sugar.”
