The cocoa beans in this chocolate bar come from CooAgroNevada, a women’s cooperative from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta nature reserve The beans are brought from Colombia to Amsterdam by wind on the sailing ship the Tres Hombres. Light roasting brings out the taste naturally present in the Criollo cocoa.
