A dark chocolate with pickled notes of plums, cherries, raisins & sour apples. Suitable for you who love a chocolate with high acidity, which here is balanced by sweet and deep tones. Definitely rock n ‘roll but also appreciated by beginners.
We buy the beans from the producer Kokoa Kamili who has his fermentation station in the small village of Mbingu, a twelve hour foamy journey on dusty gravel roads from Dar Es Salaam. We have been collaborating with Kokoa Kamili since 2016.
All our chocolate is made bean to bar in our factory in Österlen. We select cocoa with great care for both taste and nature. We always pay significantly more than the fair trade price for our cocoa and it is always sustainably grown.
