We’ve partnered with Amanda Jo “AJ” Wildey — anthropologist, certified chocolate taster, and founder of El Cacaotal in Lima — to bring together a selection of Peruvian bean-to-bar and tree-to-bar chocolate.

These bars are made at origin by small, independent producers using locally grown cacao, often on family-run farms. The result is chocolate that reflects its ingredients, place, and process.

AJ works closely with makers across Peru, supporting their work and helping bring greater visibility to the country’s growing craft chocolate scene.
