A creamy white chocolate bar filled with traditional homemade praline, made from lightly caramelised roasted almonds and hazelnuts. Coarsely ground to retain little pieces of hazelnut, the praline combines a satisfying crunch with a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Made with organic ingredients, including whole milk powder produced using Breton milk at a dairy cooperative in Brittany, and vanilla sourced directly from a fourth-generation family producer in Madagascar.
