“For this bar we have been playing around with our Gold for Europe, Award-winning White Chocolate, 42% Chuncho, Peru (at the 2023 International Chocolate Awards). The cacao butter in this bar has a naturally creamy and bright fruity profile. We’ve added the very best Ginger oil and vegan popping candy, creating a really fun bar that is very easy to eat and has received a lot of attention since we launched it this summer! Think fizzy ginger beer, picnics, easy, light, bright and fresh summer days.
The cocoa butter is an award winning product in its own right with its creamy and pineappley profile, it earned itself the World Gold medal with the International Chocolate Awards in 2020-2021. We have been using this butter since 2019. We felt it was so amazing, we saw that one coming. Also, we sourced excellent organic, cashew nuts from a great little team and freshly roasted it at Solkiki’s own roastery until we get exactly the right profile to pair with the delightful cocoa butter. As always, we use organic, unrefined cane sugar.”
