Solo cocoa is made from 100% Chuncho fine cocoa and only comes from one plantation in the highlands of Peru. For this chocolate, Meybol Cacao worked directly with the producer on his property to take care of every detail of the harvest, selection and fermentation process. The result is an excellent quality bar.
