Description
A 70% dark chocolate made with Brisas del Sarare, a distinctive modern Criollo cacao grown at Finca La Esperanza, a five-hectare farm in the remote lowlands of Apure, Venezuela, close to the Colombian border.
Native to this little-known cacao-growing region, the variety is noted for its exceptionally large beans, which have a striking pale, almost porcelain-white interior, reminiscent of ancient Criollo varieties such as Porcelana and Guasare.
SOMA note that “A gentle roast & conch reveals an extraordinary chocolate with a full spectrum of delicate little flavours and freakishly long finish”
