A 70% dark chocolate bar made with Chumphon 1 cacao from Chaisutti Farm in Chanthaburi, eastern Thailand. Suriya and Boom grow cacao on their family farm, working alongside a network of neighbouring farmers, from smallholdings to tiny family plots.
The harvested cacao is fermented and dried at Chaisutti Farm, providing an additional source of income for the local farming community.
