“Back by popular demand! We’ve recreated one of our most decorated bars ever and we think this is the best version yet. We aged robust Trinitario cocoa nibs (the inside of the bean) for two years (!!) in heavy char rye whiskey barrels from Blackland Distillery. This process imparts subtle notes of singed oak and malty smoke with underlying tones of balanced whiskey-vanilla-sweetness.
Itโs our most quietly complex bar yet and itโs in limited supply. We have a finite number of these aged nibs, so once these bars are sold out theyโre gone for good. Pairs perfectly with cozy evenings, a glass of rye whiskey or a cheese plate. “
